Across my internships and research roles, I’ve worked in early-stage environments where growth, positioning, and structured insight matter. These experiences shaped how I approach marketing and product roles — through pattern recognition, audience alignment, and clear synthesis of complex information into action. Below is more information on each.

Growth Intern — Flaire

What I worked on: usability evaluations, structured product feedback, and early-stage marketing initiatives.

At Flaire, I supported growth efforts across both marketing experimentation and product experience. On the marketing side, I helped identify target customer niches, researched potential influencer partnerships, and contributed to outreach initiatives including social media exploration and in-person tabling. This gave me exposure to how early-stage brands test positioning and refine audience targeting.

In parallel, I conducted hands-on usability evaluations across different areas of the app, documented friction points, and organized recurring feedback into structured recommendations for internal planning. Working across both areas strengthened my understanding that effective marketing depends on product clarity and alignment.
